We only process the data you choose to send us: your name, email address, optional organisation name and the content of your message. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry and to maintain the resulting business correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where applicable, steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
4. Retention
Correspondence is kept only as long as necessary for the purpose it was sent, and thereafter for the period required by applicable Dutch law.
